Robin Raff - President/Healthcare Marketing Strategist Boomer Business & Beyond, Inc.

Robin RaffRobin Raff has held senior management positions at many of the country's top advertising agencies including Ogilvy & Mather Direct, Foote Cone & Belding Direct, Wunderman Cato Johnson, Grey Direct, and Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos. Over the years Robin has worked on premiere brands such as Infiniti Automobiles, Mazda, Hewlett Packard, Levi's and Dockers, Pacific Bell, US West, and Washington Mutual. She developed many integrated multi-media direct marketing campaigns that included sophisticated database marketing techniques to efficiently generate impressive results. Robin also helped to develop over a dozen web sites and managed the online campaigns to support their launch and lead generation activity while at incubator, Brainrush, Inc.
In addition to the invaluable experience gained at each of these world-class agencies, beginning in 1992, Robin gained an expertise in healthcare marketing and targeting the mature market segment while at FCB Direct where she provided strategic direction for FHP's Senior Care product. She then went to Age Wave Impact, an agency serving clients who only targeted aging boomers and seniors. As SVP, Director of Client Services she developed a comprehensive understanding of the mature market segment and their health care needs, desires, concerns and motivators. She provided strategic direction in targeting the 50+ segment on all Age Wave accounts, including: Blue Cross and Blue Shield, HealthNet, PlanetRx, Searle Pharmaceutical, Hartford Long-term Care, Miracle Ear, SCI, Express Scripts and Targis Solutions.
Six years ago Robin co-founded RiffRaff Communications, Inc., providing advertising and marketing services on products and services aimed at the mature market segment. Their impressive portfolio of clients included Charles Schwab & Co., GE Financial Assurance, California Department of Health Services, Oticon Hearing Solutions, LifeMasters Supported SelfCare, Resolution Health, and DestinationRx.
Robin has been an independent healthcare marketing consultant for the past four years providing strategic marketing and advertising direction to clients that have included Resolution Health, DestinationRx, Blue Shield of California, United Healthcare, Essilor of America, Longevity Alliance and Caremark, Inc.

Robin's almost sixteen years of healthcare and mature market segment experience is complemented by her ten prior years of strategic direct marketing and brand development experience in a broad range of industries. Robin is a member of Adaptive Business Leaders in Health Care, has been a presenter at and served on the advisory board of the Consumer Directed Health Care Conference. Robin is a partner of The Boomer Project, LLC and is a founding member of the Boomer Marketing Association. She has an MBA in Marketing, a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, and has completed coursework in biotech marketing and clinical trial recruitment through UC Berkeley. Robin has taught Advertising & Marketing Strategy to college freshmen at the Academy of Arts University in San Francisco. Robin lives in Walnut Creek with her two daughters.
